• Must be a graduate engineer /architect preferably with post-graduation in business management.
• Minimum 4-8 yrs experience in business development in an engineering/design/consultancy or construction organisation.
• Should have the knowledge of MEP & architectural work in construction industry.
• Must be familiar with latest technologies in construction industry such as BIM(Building Information Modeling 3D/4D/5D) etc.
• Must be initiative taking with excellent communication skills.
• Work involves global clients; the candidate must have exposure to international business particularly USA & Europe.

Business Development person is charged with expanding Intec’s Architecture/Engineering business by selling design assist/BIM/VDC services overseas.

Ideal candidate shall have a strong background and demonstrated experience in sales and business in A/E industry with strong network in North America/Europe/UK/APAC with leading A/E design and Construction contracting firms.

• Seek out and source new clients by developing networks and independently identifying and developing relevant resources for sales and business development.
• Sell Intec core services of Architecture, Structure, MEPF design assist and BIM development services
• Collaborate with members of the Intec technical team to ensure an excellent client experience across all client interactions.
• Work towards sales and revenue goals as established.

• Minimum of 8 -10 years of professional work experience in B2B sales in A/E industry or relevant industry.
• Exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to build and grow connections with people of all types and backgrounds.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
